Senior Capital Raise Manager

The opportunity

A senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on fundraising execution. Use your investor relationships to source and qualify opportunities, run meetings and follow-ups, and progress your own GCC pipeline through diligence to funded subscriptions using TradeX-approved processes.

Location & working arrangement

Candidates should be based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is a hybrid role; UAE working arrangements will be discussed during selection.

What you’ll own

• Source and qualify private investor opportunities through your own network and approved introducers in the GCC.
• Own day-to-day investor engagement: introductions, qualification meetings, follow-ups and relationship development.
• Manage your personal pipeline, ticket assumptions, next actions and rolling 15/30-day close forecasts in the CRM.
• Coordinate approved investor materials, diligence requests and subscription/onboarding steps with internal teams.
• Deliver against agreed personal fundraising KPIs and explain progress, blockers and forecast changes at each review.
• Communicate risk, performance and liquidity accurately using approved materials and channels.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on capital raising, investor relations, private banking or alternative-investment relationship experience.
• A verifiable personal fundraising contribution and an established network relevant to GCC investors.
• Strong qualification, investor-meeting, follow-up and closing discipline.
• Comfort owning individual targets, maintaining accurate CRM records and working with legal/compliance on approved outreach.
